Since Black Ops Cold War's Zombies mode is bringing back a ton of returning features like the old Perk-A-Cola machines, several of the classic maps would transfer quite well into 2020's Call of Duty. In fact, there's a whole backlog of fantastic Zombies maps that could use a remake/remaster in 2020.
The "Nacht der Untoten" map is also making a return, except this time fully remade into a much larger Zombies map that's implementing some interesting new ideas as well.Īlongside returning maps like "Nacht der Untoten" (remade as "Die Machine" in Cold War) and "Dead Ops Arcade," there's been a few other rumored Zombies maps planned to return in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Gone are most of the overtly complex systems in more recent iterations in favor of traditional Perks and Pack-a-Punch making their return. Judging from the trailers that's been shown off so far, Zombies seems to be mixing a ton of old and new influences this time around. Among other major changes coming to the game, Zombies may be seeing a major overhaul in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War this November.
